CRAFT VENDOR INFORMATION

With the Mineral Spring Park as the centerpiece of this event, historic downtown comes alive as hundreds of people arrive for the festivities.  We are interested in a variety of participants to keep our event appealing.  Applications are now being accepted on first-come, first-serve basis.  Due to site space, booth space is limited. The Committee reserves the right to final selection.

RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Date:             Fri, May 13           and                Sat, May 14          
2. Time:            12pm– 9pm                               10am–6pm
3. Location: Mineral Spring Park, Williamston SC

4. Space Fee:
$ 75 by April 11
$100 After April 11:  Deadline for any entrant is April 30
No entries accepted after April 30th.

5. Spaces are 12 feet x 10 feet.  $25 fee for each additional 5 feet of space – effective 2011 festival. No tables or chairs are provided.  Any shelters, tables or display racks provided by the vendor must be removed by the vendor no later than 10pm Sat.  Must maintain space until close of festival.
6. Canopies are welcomed and encouraged, but MUST NOT exceed booth space.  This is strictly enforced. Vendors may begin assembling areas at 8am Friday and 7:30am Saturday.  Areas must be set up and all service/supply vehicles removed from the park by 3pm Friday and 8:30 am Saturday.
7. Electrical power is provided only for those who request it. Extension cords will not be provided.

8. DRINK SALES PERMITTED (drinks include but are not limited to: water, soft drinks, tea, lemonade, or the like).
If YOU SALE DRINKS WE WANT TEN PERCENT (10%) OF SALES.
Festival Host will sell drinks products at 1 location.
 
9. Any shelters, tables or display racks provided by the participant must be removed no later than 10p Sat. Water and electrical hookups available at no charge (no sewer). All contestants must adhere to all health (864/833-0000), electrical, fire and other codes applicable to this event (must provide fire extinguisher).
10. The steering committee reserves the right to deny any application at any time.
11. No refunds for cancellations.
12.  Festival Host carries NO insurance for vendors and WILL NOT be liable for loss or damage from any cause.

 

Items not permitted at food vendor booths
-     soft drinks or any drink products
-     anything that can be considered a weapon of any kind
-      fireworks, stink bombs, etc.
